Try this out

for x in `awk -F: '{ print $1 }' /etc/shadow`; do /usr/bin/crontab -l
-u $x; done


Sorry I should probably format that a little better

for x in `awk -F: '{ print $1 }' /etc/shadow`; do
   /usr/bin/crontab -l -u $x;
done
