Nguyen, I hope you are kidding. Allow me, just for the sake of being a
complete arse, point out the problems with this:

1. There is no Tokyo-ken. Tokyo is the é (-to) in ééåç (todoufuken). [1] [2] [3]
2. Kanagawa is a prefecture, specifically a ç (-ken), meaning it is
not part of Tokyo. Therefore Yokohama, being a city in the
aforementioned çååç, is not part of æäé, though it certainly is
considered part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Area.
3. As others have pointed out, YLUG is Japanese-language, whereas we
are English-language.
