That is great news, I didn't see that news yet, thanks for the info. I
had already used the available lsb package for some driver
installations, and things can only get better.

On the side: If anyone knows how to get an old Epson PM-670C (for
which Epson has old packages for LPD) to run under CUPS (none of the
available drivers seem to work, only printing color but no black) I
will gladly stand them a few beers! I started to hack Gutenprint to
add support, but so far no luck (very telling of my hacker-fu!).
