Last and probably least working with pharmaceutical companies that put profit over peoples lives. The very wikipedia earlier discussed cited an account where they were made aware of the problem, They promised to take action and later said no we plan to take no action. Don't get me wrong I am thankful for every bit of good the Gates Foundation does. That said this "bad" cannot be excused by any amount of good. As for the whole slope of this argument.
