Has anyone heard of ANY operating system having this issue?
This is a first for me.  I don't have the resources to
verify it myself at the moment, but it doesn't sound quite
right.  ^^;;

I think bug fixes and "Oooo! A new kernel update!" are
more likely to blame. :P
