You may want to make separate ones for Japanese companies and for foreign companies.

The process is markedly different for foreign versus domestic firms; just buy Erin and me a pint each sometime and you can hear all about it. ;)
From Pietro's email, however, I got the feeling that he would beeliminating Japanese firms from his job search right off the bat.
