Hi all.
I was looking at the tlug main archives but there are no info about this. Maybe I put the bad key words to search. Anyway, I need to renew my hosting service that before 10th, is a little bit expensive 150 eur per year, almost 25.000 yen.
I was googling a little and there are a lot of hosting services around. Some good, bad.. nobody knows. In the past I worked with Verio for dedicated servers and some others but always from the enterprise point of view so I don't know anything about a good service for a common mortal.
So I thought to host my site at home, maybe it's the best option. I have the flets fiber, it's fast and I can control it.
I wonder if there are some kind of legal implications in Japan to have my own server at home to serve my own web page. I do not put any illegal content. I don't know how much paranoid or restrictive can be law here about that.
Thank you in advance.
