Yes, it is functional as far as getting the right click menu.
Per the OpenBox website, if the autostart.sh exists, it is
supposed to run that when OpenBox starts.  That is how it
says to customize the appearance at startup.

I have not tried editing the menus yet. :P  If it uses the
xml file in my .config/openbox directory propperly, then that
should be fairly easy. ^_^

The default behavior is perfectly functional.  :-)  I am even
Capable of creating a script that I can call to set everything
up after I log in.  

Reading the OpenBox site, I created an autostart.sh as they
described, but it doesn't seem to like it.  There also does
not seem to be a default file that the site talks about.

I like low resource.  :P  I also like customizability (which
is one of the things that OpenBox seems proud of). :)
