Get out of the habit of "sudo su -", as it leaves a root shell hanging around. Professional sysadmins on this list will use sudo very seldom; you'd be surprised. At Amazon, "sudo su -", "sudo bash", and the like are 禁止されている, and you basically never miss them. -- Cheers, Josh
