[tlug] recursively printing html Howto's

I can use wget to recursively download all of an HTML file set (like 
HOWTO's from the LDP), but how do I print out this set in a similar way? 
I thought lynx or elinks would do this but I don't see any way except 
manually opening one link after another and printing each file.
