If someone here offers, that'd be great but I wouldn't really expect
someone to carry a monitor to Ogikubo for fun. My father in-law speaks
English.

There's also the possibility of my in-laws taking the computer to the
repairer however I have a horrible feeling that the problem is mainly
due to them unplugged and re-plugging it incorrectly, so onsite would
be better.
