If the copy is on a US server, you could write to the company hosting the 
video and point out that they have unauthorized copyrighted material on 
their server. That usually results in it being pulled.

However, technically, there is probably nothing you can do. The browser 
has to download the video to the viewer's computer in order to play it 
and, once that's done, there will always be someone smart enough to figure 
out how to snag a copy.
