[tlug] Some ICFP Programming Contest Results Announced

For those interested in the world-wide weekend programming contest
sponsored by the International Conference on Functional Programming
about a month ago, where we had an English-speaking team working out of
the Starling offices, some preliminary results are available. I've got a
