Right, if you interpret this as "solving the problem yourself without help from others." On the other hand, that number is even higher for Windows, since far fewer people have source to their Windows software, and even fewer than that the means to build it. If you interpret the statement as, "you have many more options for getting help for open source software," that's true. If Windows breaks, and MS doesn't want to help you, you're screwed.
