Is /usr/share/javascript/touchmove.js possibly a symlink pointing nowhere? How about /usr/share/javascript? Do all of the directories (/ /usr /usr/share /usr/share/javascript) have at least x permissions for the Apache user or group? And /usr/share/javascript probably needs r permission, too. > What could I have lost in the backup/restore process that would cause > the files to not be found, despite being where they are supposed to be? /etc/apache2/conf.d (or suchlike)?
