Indeed, looks like major routing problems or a solid DDoS hitting one
of their sites/customers. I tried coming in from both Montreal and
the oregon-ix looking glass, and while traceroutes make it pretty
far into their network, at some point everything gets dropped.

Do you have administrative access to your domain registrar's interface? If
yes, you might be able to quickly delegate your domain name to another
provider. If not, you'd have to contact whoever does.
