The cPanel stuff is probably leftover from an ancient upgrade; they can probably go. Wait for somebody who's got real experience with these apps, though. Data labeled "cache" can probably be discarded, but won't save space except in a very short-term emergency because they'll just get created again in normal operation. The cPanel stuff is probably a backup from an ancient upgrade. Ask the admin if there's need for them now.
