[tlug] TSAC meeting: January 28th

TSAC had a short break in December, due to being unable to decide on
whether to hold the meeting on the traditional last Thursday of the
month, which was New Year's Eve, or move it up a week to Christmas Eve.

However, we're back in January with a discussion about constraint
solving problems and what code compilers really produce. So:

The January meeting of the Tokyo Society for the Application of
Currying, a group for people interested in functional programming,
will be held at the usual location at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, January
