[tlug] GIS shapefile for Japanese prefectures

Not really a Linux question but since many of the TLUG readers a
computer science professionals I thought I'd ask.

Does anyone know where I can find fee GIS shapefiles for the
prefectures of Japan? I hope to use these for a free Opencaching Japan
web site I am helping to build.
