Yes.  They have an exclusive relationship AFAIK; you can only use
(un-JailBreaked) iPhones with Softbunk in Japan.  I believe Docomonai
has a Android-based offering (HTC, IIRC, but maybe it has CP/M as the
OS?) and Auch! is just about to bring out an Android phone.
