I'm from Europe, and the device is of course not marked with the 
Japanese permit,
but since it is a 'g', I guess it will be OK to bring it.

Of course, the power supplier is a problem.

Is it possible to go to Akiba with a power supplier at hand, and find 
compatible supplier for the Japanese current?
