You will need at the very least the USB_DEVICE definition at the end of the patch. The patch also includes support for the control device, not sure it that is needed or not, you may as well try to apply the whole thing. If it then works, try to bridge that patch upstream, all future linux users will be grateful. -- mattia :wq!
