It's also a way to detect Bulgarians (or the Bulgarian-ish, like me);
I made Dimitir Dimitrov at a TLUG meeting in March, and ran into some
chicks on the train that were just out of easy eavesdropping range--I
could tell they were speaking *a* Slavic language, but which one was
微妙 until I saw the red and white bracelets. Turns out they knew
Nikolay... :)
