I started going to TPC only around 1998, but I do remember him sponsoring
TLUG's meeting space at Neoteny's office in Akasaka (via Linux Probe), that
was strategically located right in front of Hobgoblin.

and now he is sponsoring us again, via Digital Garage's office space.
