[tlug] meeting schedule

a quick note to let everyone know that there will be no Technical Meeting on August 13
(second Saturday of this month). The next one will be on September 10, at Digital Garage.

Edward should be sending a call for presenters and opening nominations for candidates
to officer posts for election.

and please don't forget to register for the nomikai on August 29 (last Friday of this month),
at the Mitsukoshi Beer Garden (details at http://tlug.jp)
