Hey Keith.

Yes.... absolutely vile. I can't login any more, but from what I can
see, they are still using the same old thing we developed in the late
90s (I used to work there, as some of you know). I didn't like it even
then. I'm not sure what the thinking is, but I have to believe that "You
are not intended to use this." And good thing you're not compelled to do
so, or they'd have a lot fewer customers than they do :-)
