Yes, I've used both bookscan.co.jp and scanbridge. Not much difference in 
quality between them, both are absolutely fine; bookscan.co.jp has longer lead 
times but a more professional service, while scanbridge is cheaper for bigger 
books.

As others have mentioned, don't bother with OCR, there's no point; nobody does 
it well.
