If I had to put one together I'd use MeCab with the  Unidict
lexicon.

I have a simple demo server at:

http://www.edrdg.org/~jwb/mecabdemo.html

which shows what the output is like. It would be relatively
easy pick out and align the relevant kana.

There'll be mistakes, as the readings of jukugo are
often dependent on context.
