This subject rears its head every once in a while.

It isn't about laziness or about anything else other than simple courtesy.

While family members and other general acquaintances may not know that
HTML in mail and top-posting are bad, let alone have a technical
understanding of *why* they are are bad, TLUG members certainly do or at
least *should* do.

Refusing to adopt local netiquette rules while knowing that they exist
and why they exist is basically a big "f**k you" to the rest of the
community.

Let's please put this one to bed now.
