Netscape and Japanese

Has anyone been able to save a Japanese PostScript file with
standard Netscape?  I can do this with Mosaic, but the PostScript
translator in Netscape does not seem to be able to handle Japanese.

Also, does this mean that I won't be able to print Japanese with
Netscape?
