It should be about 3,000 - 5,000 yen depending on which version you get. You could also order the Linux Bible by mail if you can't get to Akihabara. There are also numerous books on Linux at Laox and T-Zone. If you need Japanese, you might want to check out something like Run Run Linux (Nihongo).
