Hi, guys! I was wandering if anybody knows details about NFS protocol: in particular - is it right thing to mount a directory of size bigger than partition limit on local machine across the NFS? Has somebody done it? It should be a pretty familiar question for anybody who worked with big systems. e.g.: partition limin on Solaris is 2 Gb, up to 8 partitions per physical drive - I need to make a file server with over 200 Gb RAID, will I be able to use it through NFS?
