Hi, Ok, I give up. As usual for me trying to do anything at all with emacs is just terribly frustrating. I have added William Perry's w3 stuff, which includes four nice big info files. I would like to add these, of course, to the document tree. I have consulted the O'Reilly "Learning GNU Emacs", which has nothing to say about the issue. I have read the material in the info section on adding documents and menus several times now without getting anywhere. I give up. (Since I know that emacs is wonderful, I must be stupid). Somebody, please, just tell me what to do, and we can all go on pretending that the editor is really self-documenting.
