  I haven't even tried the 4.0b3 I downloaded today.  But, look,
the libnullplugin.tar.gz is a whole 5K or something.  It's right
there in the same ftp directory:

ftp://ftp6.netscape.com/pub/communicator/4.0/4.0b3/unix/other/
