While browsing through the computer magazines at Tower Records (Shibuya)
yesterday I was surprised to note a magazine I'd not seen before:
Multilingual Communications and Technology (Computing and Technology?)
published in Idaho, USA.  It seems to cover a variety of localization
issues, and the issue I leafed through even had an article on MULE and CJK.

Unfortunately the magazine seemed to have more ads for companies doing
localization than real useful content... but you may find something of
use there.
