-------------------------------------------------------- tlug note from "Alan B. Stone" <stoneab@example.com> -------------------------------------------------------- Hi all, I recently ordered quite a bit of software from RedHat, and have yet to receive it. (The actual time has been almost over a month since it's shipping date). When I contacted RedHat Software, they gave the song and dance, and told me two shipping numbers, and that they didn't know which was correct. Has anyone else experienced these types of problems with RedHat? If it keeps up they are going to loose my business entirely, and I won't recommend them to anyone ever again. I feel like I'm getting the raw deal. I just started a new term at school, and could have used the software weeks ago, but.... I'd like to hear from others if they have or have not had the same problems. Thanks, -- ***************************************************** * Alan B.
