tlug: Fujitsu MO

I have a Fujitsu MO 640MB (M2513A).  It is a SCSI device and doesn't
normally work because the sector size is 2048.  I heard there is
some kind of patch to allow it to work, but I can not seem to find
this "patch" anywhere.  Anyone know where I can download it?
