tlug: Lilo

I am having a problem that I have never had before.  All of a 
sudden when I restart my computer, I can not select which OS I
want to run.  Lilo doesn't allow me to enter anything.

It just says

Lilo

When I hit the space or tab, nothing happens.  I reran lilo and
I have two OSs WinNt and Linux.  When Linux is first, I get Linux.
When WinNT is first I get WinNT.  Does anyone have any idea?  This
is a real pain.  It was easy to change lilo.conf to put WinNT first,
but now when I want to go back to Linux, I will have to use a start-up
disk to change lilo.conf back to put Linux first.  Anyone have this
problem before?
