tlug: TLUG server Linux distribution

Vote on whether to use TurboLinux for the TLUG server or some 
other distribution.  If we vote on TurboLinux, we'll go with
a minimal install at the beginning, so we can add stuff for
the learning experience. 

Note that the server is going to be in the PHT office and 
Scott Stone, principle developer of TurboLinux, is the 
primary system admin for the server.
