No, there isn't, nor should there be.  Otherwise, it would confuse the OS
and cause tons of problems.  A few years ago when I was first learning
Linux, I didn't know this, and I forced a disk out with a paper clip.  Put
another one in and whammo, kernel panic all over the place.

I suppose a more 'user friendly' way would be to have the CD driver detect
an eject button push, then automatically unmount the cd and eject it, and
then automatically remount it when a new disc was inserted...
