tlug: ADMIN: projects page, tpj-jp page, pictures

Hi,
I've set up a basic structure for TLUG projects.  I hope
that Jim Schweizer can spruce up the project page and
make a link from the front TLUG page to the projects page.
   http://www.twics.com/~tlug/projects/    (boring but needed for the
                                            structure)

There's only a single link right now, but it gets better.

Even if you've seen this already, you might want to give it 
another look since I've added pictures that were taken and
edited by Alberto Tomita.  I've also made a link to additional
pictures on Alberto's site.
