tlug: turbopnp

Ok, who has ISA PnP cards and wants to try out my turbopnp program for
Linux?  It'll run on any linux distribution, but it does require that you
have isapnptools installed (it's basically a nice front end to
isapnptools).  Let me know and i'll send you a .tar.gz of it.
