tlug: Japan-Tokyo LUG List Created

I've created a Japanese or Japanese mixed with English mailing
list called jtlug@example.com  that is for JLUG and TLUG
members to discuss mutual cooperation.  The first topic is
the translation of Maximum RPM into Japanese.

There was a really awesome Japan Linux Users Group meeting
tonight and Joe Marchak, Ayako Kato, Ken Harada and myself
invited them all to the next TLUG meeting.
