tlug: ML archives 0n-line?

Hi all,

Craig has asked a couple of times how to put the TLUG mailing
list archives on-line with a Graphical User Interface. Here's
one way using mhonarc:

The only problem with this appraoch is it doesn't support
Japanese in the Subject line. (Craig explianed the mime
requirements to me but I don't think I really got it.) mhonarc,
written in perl, will convert the subject line to mojibake:-(

Does anyone want to to try and hack in Japanese support for this
or know of a Japanese-enabled mailbox -> html conversion package?
