Go for it!  I will :-)  I'm completely certain I'll crash and burn, but I'm
going to take it anyway and establish a baseline.  On the other hand, I was
completely certain I would fail Level 2 last year, but I passed.  I still
think the main reason why I did was the calm that results from certainty of
failure :-)
