tlug: test

I am wondering several things.

1) is it possible to HotSync a Palm Pilot in Linux?

2) I followed the ISP-HOWTO to the letter and I still cannot get Linux
online. HELP?

3) I have a HP 820CSE (I know Windows) Desk Jet printer that I want to
print to from Linux. I followed the Printing-HOWTO to the letter too and
all the lpd does is put the "printing" in the /var/spool/lpd directory. I
did find something out though: if you make a dir called lp in the lpd dir
lpd farts <excuse me>. :>

I do have good news: I got fvwm running without blowing up my monitor. As
I am more familiar with the SunOS4 and 5 series with OpenWin, I am still
having some trouble figuring out customizations for fvwm, but that is
icing.

Please help me get my machine on the net with Linux and help me print
too... I hate the ever exploding Win95

Ps. I am working with a 166Mhz 32MB 2.5GBHd Sony Vaio with ATI 3D Rage 2Mb
video and 28.8 DSVD ?brand? modem.
