Actually, you can get display *and* input, with the help of the J-OS package. It takes about 165K for the app, the Elisa font, and the full conversion database (there's also a less useful conversion database of about 60K smaller, if your memory is tight). You should be able to find it by searching on pilotgear.com The memory figures for an (unaltered) Pilot, by the way, are 512K for the Pilot Personal, 1 Meg for the Pilot Pro (mine), and 2 Megs for the Palm III. For the super-keen and/or super-rich, the memory module can be upgraded third party up to about 8 Megs, though... Just to plug one of my back-burner projects again, I'm working intermittently on a GPL'd EDICT-based J->E dictionary for the Pilot. My best guess at the moment (the compressor isn't finished yet) is that I'll be able to fit about 2/3 to 3/4 of the 65,000-odd entries into my target of 700K... Cheers, -Matt.
