If anybody has any old SPARCstation (1+, in my case ^^) SIMMs they want to part with, drop me a line. I think any 30-pin parity SIMMs should work (somebody correct me if I'm wrong). 4 meg preferred, but I'll take 1 meg. Hoping for used and cheap, 'cuz new ones are danged expensive ^^ Question: the release clips on the SIMM sockets are quite a bit different than the ones on a PC. Is there a special tool necessary to get to them, or is there just a special technique for releasing them? Inquiring minds wanna know :-) TIA, Jonathan Byrne Media and Content Section 3Web - Your Internet Solution! <URL:http://www.threeweb.ad.jp/index.en.html> -------------------------------------------------------------- Next Nomikai: 17 July, 19:30 Tengu TokyoEkiMae 03-3275-3691 Next Meeting: 8 August, Tokyo Station Yaesu central gate 12:30 *** 20 June: TLUG will be at the Tokyo Linux Fair http://tlug.linux.or.jp/projects/linux-fair/fair.html -------------------------------------------------------------- Sponsor: PHT, makers of TurboLinux http://www.pht.co.jp
