ASAHI Net, a major Japanese Internet service provider, has a full-
time opening for a customer service agent (to serve our foreign
users) at our Tokyo HQ, starting in mid- to late July 1998.
Requirements are as follows:

Must:    Have native-level fluency in English
         Have intermediate or higher level Japanese
         Have good general communication/people skills
         Have experience using the Internet
         Be a non-smoker

Should:  Have experience setting up computers for Internet use
         Have experience writing HTML
         Not mind working on Saturday on a regular basis, and
            taking a day off during the week in compensation

Pluses:  Experience with multiple platforms: Mac, Win95, Win3.1
         Already live in Japan
         Enthusiastic about web design and production
         Experience with J->E translation
         Can speak some language other than English and Japanese
