tlug: RH Sparc 5.1

For those that can't wait, there is a distribution of Sparc RH 5.1
in the Power Tools compendium that is in the stores this week.  
At Laser 5 it's 2800 yen.  Also includes Alpha 5.1.  This is just
the basic distribution, with no boot disks or manual.
